Travel documents are established upon request when there is no longer a valid passport. Travel documents allow a return to Burkina Faso by the most direct route.
Requirements
- Application form completed and signed by the applicant
- The justification of Burkina Faso nationality
- A statement of loss or theft or the presentation of an expired passport, where applicable
- Two (2) passport photos
- A copy of the return air ticket to Burkina Faso
Payment
- A money order for $30 if registered
- A money order for $60 if unregistered
- Made payable to the Embassy
